While I slept the last 10 hours I got 14 favorites, but not even a _single_ one on the piece I uploaded! So what does that mean? It means that the users that clicked my new piece didn't like it enough to fav it, but liked another piece from the "More like this" section (the Swamp Remake mostly) which they in turn faved. 2 apparently even enough to watch me
Even outside this effect is noticeable, before "More Like This" I only got new favs and watchers when I released new art. Now I have about 3-4 favs every day and a new watcher every now and then.
This is why I like it so much, for one it helps me to find good art but more importantly it gives exposure to anyone, making it more balanced, a bit away from the already popular artists towards the whole mass of artists on dA.
